Or homemade Irish Cream A.K.A "Shelby Woo's Christmas Booze" ... which is what I made my loved ones for Christmas. It turned out so good, I decided to post my recipe here for you to try! You'll never buy Baileys again! I made 4 flavors for people to choose from - Cinnamon Almond ( recipe below), Blueberry Vanilla ( made with Blueberry Moonshine), Mint Chocolate ( Jameson), and Black Cherry ( Red Stag Black Cherry).
This recipe will make 2 pints:
1 cup of half and half ( you can use whipping cream if you want a richer end result)
14oz of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 cup of Fireball Whiskey
2 teaspoons of almond extract
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Whisk until the condensed milk thins out
or throw it all in a blender for 30 seconds!
