I get on so well with my new boss. Went out for a beer with him and a couple other people after work lastnight and had a blast.

Now I just have to get in shape to where I can keep up with him on a trail, right now he would kick my ass , so I don't go embarass myself, but going to have to one of these days as he keeps wanting to go running or biking. Possibly get a team ready for adventure racing next year . would be awsome
