FINALLY!

We have internet in the new apartment. Kick ASS. The cable guy was totally cool and helped us hook up wireless so now we have three 'puters with internet (in our two bedroom apt - how fuckin' lazy can you get?).

I auditioned for a feminist choir tonight. It went okay. Well, it actually didn't go great, but I got the impression that they're not an ultra-competitive choir...and I don't think they really have that high of expectations, lol. We'll see.

I'm reading a really good book right now called Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. It's a lot different than a lot of the brain candy I've been zipping through lately. It definately makes you want to put it down a think about what you're reading. I'd love to read it book club style with some friends, except you'd have to do a chapter or two each session instead of the entire book; there's just too much to cover. This would be a great bookcrossing book. I'll let you know how it goes...I'm barely within the first three chapters - after nearly a week!
