Oh my god - as anyone in Central/South Minnesota knows, this is the first time in two weeks that we've had SUN!!! Fuck all you warm states - this shit sucks!!!! If you've never heard about seasonal affective disorder - fuck you! Seriously, everyone in the damn metro area has been crabby and depressed lately. *sigh* At least it's good for the poety!

BUT...

We *did* have sun today, so things are looking up. Went to the dog park *twice* with my pup, Taz - hey, when you're unemployed...Speaking of, the good-looking job possibility fell through, but I'm keeping my hopes up. Put in a few new apps the other day. And apartment searching is going well, if tediously. We're down to the South Mpls area, maybe Lynlake. Gosh, I'm broke, jobless and homeless - I feel like I'm back in college!

Anyway...I'm seriously thinking about going down and getting that septum piercing I've been wanting. We're talking *serious* retainer with the impending (I hope) job interviews, but I'm hoping I'll have a week or two to heal before the job stuff gets in the way.

Ah well...it's Friday night. Time to go have a few drinks, get a little frisky and forget about all this crap!
