So I haven't been around a lot lately. I'm entirely too busy with all this holiday stuff. I was the only person in my family to celebrate the holiday on the 21st so I have to go do all sorts of visiting again tonight. I shouldn't mind but I get frustrated with no one recognizing Winter Solstice around here. We live in a place where...

Hmmm, sounds like the midriff comment was pure wishful thinking on the agency's part, lol!
That stinks. I so hate how appearances are used against people. That's why I LOVED working at Boston Beer. I'd negotiate contracts, etc. with hotels and companies, and then when it came time to have the face to face meeting, it was such a hoot to see how these people overcame their initial surprise at a gothy moi. (Back in the early 90s it was just not so common to see piercings or tats in an office!) I definitely used their reactions as a knockout kind of test. If they failed, or treated me differently, they just didn't get my business. Heh!

Don't you hate corporate type bullshit. Been in this situation myself, over a bicep tattoo that know one possibly could of seen while I was working.
