at times like these its nice to lie on ones back and look at the ceiling, if theres some one there in the room, get them to do it to (if they dont want to i recoment forcing them to) no music no talking just tooking at the ceiling. yes that is good,
that's always a good idea. like saying lie down before you hurt yourself but strangely enough it works on emotions aswell
