Due to me being in TO everynight of the week beginning the 14th I decided to not get cable for the 6months I'm in school.

Tonights cable replacement was Mulholland Drive on dvd. This wasnt a rental. I own this baby. It's part of my Lynch collection. When I saw the suicide scene in the theatre I got chills up my spine that lasted a full week afterward.

Also. Tonight I caught another mouse. This time I was watching my wonderful dvd. Right at the point where the two lovely ladies are givin passion a new spin I hear this *SNAP* come from the kitchen. So I paused the dvd and walked into the kitchen and flipped on the light. Just as I'm about to look under the table at the trap I put down 40 mins before, I see this ltle mouse come stumbling...yes stumbling out into the middle of the kitchen. The force of the trap scared the little guy so bad he was rendered drunk! back and forth he stumbled like a sailor on shore leave from one side of the kitchen to the other.

So I grabbed an empty jar and scooped him up. I just didn't have the heart to step on him. So anyway I have a new pet...

No, that's my friend Stephen's project called l'ombre, on Ant Zen records...he's so talented and beautiful, it really comes out in his music. I just use the song to describe myself metaphorically...only one person in particular shares the details of my personal/musical landscape...don't you love when people really "get" you?

MMMmmm..thanks so much for the nice long post. I appreciate you taking the time to make me feel more normal. Isn't it fucked that we can't look to our families for that, but strangers pull through for us. I do feel better knowing there are other people struggling with the same large generation gap as me. This subject comes up over and over for me because my dad is a control freak and reminds me all of the time how embarassing I am to the family because of my appearance. Nice.

I mean - WHEN did you start school?
