Well, the Canadian health care system ensures that there's always a wait for everything, and there's no system of triaging ED patients by severity.
I normally wouldn't take a philosophy course but this one had to do with science (and pseudo-science, eg. astrology, ESP, chiropractic), so I thought it would be appropriate.. It seems like fun so far.
