Well, here's the promised update on my weekend:
It actually started as soon as Thursday evening. Daniela and I went to the "Dark Thursday", a goth-party. Nice people as always, some chatting and drinking and lots of dancing (huge dance floor, not overcrowded). Good times. 3h sleep that night.
Friday began with a little hangover at 6 o'clock; learned for 8h and bought some supplies for the next days. At 8pm I went to a friend of mine with whom I planed next weekends trip to the Animagic 2003 (which is Europe's biggest anime and manga convention) in Koblenz. At about 10pm I took the bus (as I don't have a new bike, yet) to the place where the Moshpit (metal-party) took place. I met Angelika and Gerd there --> moshing till the neck hurt and lots of good sex at my place afterwards. When they left at about 7am I decided to stay up and have breakfast (2 aspirins and a caffeine-pill).
At 9am I met with Daniela to go to the huge fair in front of the "palace. We met some friends there who sold some cool vintage clothing, too bad I'm absolutely broke these days. At 1pm I finally went to bed for a few hours of sleep. After that I learned some more and then met again with Daniela to get ready for the event of that night: Under Cover Of Darkness" (pics of my styling can be found on my homepage). Daniela outdid herself on my hairstyling and makeup. But see for yourself; note that the pics were taken after the party...
"Under Cover Of Darkness attracts not only the local scene but also Goths from quite far away (lots of people from the Netherlands, I even met two guys from Finland!). A friend of Daniela's had gotten married the day before and supplied everyone he knew with beer for free.
I didn't like the music they played inside too much, mostly pre-80s-synthie-pop; I just cannot dance to that music. But the people there were really cool and very sociable.
Summary: from Thursday morning till Sunday night I got less than 10h of sleep, but I didnt get tired at all, it was just too much fun to sleep.
Got to get back to learning now...
