man work sucked today. we've been closed for over a week, and it was kinda hard to get motivated to go back. especially knowing what kinda mess i was walking into. having to prep the entire resturaunt from scratch in just 3 fucking hours. i usually work alone, so i was really pissed. i tried for 2 weeks to get the owner to let me come in on sunday and do some of it then. they denied my request fearing i might actually get 41 hours of work in. lord forbid they have to pay someone overtime. anyways, we were kinda busy, but not to busy. welcome aboard theo. nice to see a smiling face among all the chaos.

on a brighter note, i got to audition for a band yesterday. i'm trying out for rhythm guitar. i think things went really well. only problem is i have to re update my equipment. just bought a rig, but doesn't work with this style exactly. and i have to get a 7 string guitar. never was to big of a fan of 'em, but they seem to grow on ppl. i think things are really going to work out with them. feels like chemistry is there, and we have all been friends for years. to having the opportunity to rock out some was enough. check them out for a couple of sample songs at those are a couple of the tunes i have to learn by next sunday.
