i'm stuck working on what i thought was my day off. stupid sick time crap.
i've been reading up on philosophy, psychology, the effects of psychedelics like LSD, marijuana, etc., and even dabbled in some Law textbooks. it's truly fascinating how the government has managed to regulate and make illegal the use of these substances. more people die every year from alcohol related issues. when you take these "drugs", hurting another being is the last thing on your mind. have you ever smoked pot and thought "hey, let's go run outside and beat someone"? NO. when you smoke pot you're too fucking lazy to get off the couch. and yet somehow it's illegal.
i'm all about expansion of consciousness and acceleration of awareness. how completely absurd it is that this makes me a criminal in the eyes of the law.
why the hell should it matter what i put in my body, so long as i do not harm another human being?

something is seriously wrong with this country.
