It is a sacrifice to get out of a bad habit routine. Creating a healthy routine is even more difficult, but it is well worth it. I could see it after losing weight and feeling more willing. My feet deflated, my breathing improved, my mood too...
I stopped with soda, exchanged coffee for tea and coconut water. I eat every two hours.
I go to the gym every morning and strictly follow a training routine.
Logically, the aesthetic result takes a while .. but the feeling of well-being appears soon !!
