my new house has a leak in one of the rooms and the carpet is damp in the closet and under one of the windows. 
the landlords are supposed to fix this asap but until then moving in has all but halted. i had this problem before and ended up with severe allergies and losing hundreds of dollars in clothes, shoes, purses and my bed. not to mention the cleaning bills. am i cursed by the wet closet monster?

Sorry about the new digs. I know an Agent who disposes of wet closet monsters. He also brings cheese on his housecalls. Good luck.
