Can't say I have any experience with it but you need to give your self a HUGE pat on the back. To come out and talk about any personal situations like this is a HUGE step forward. It is also a big step to be able to see the way that it is affecting your life. Take this as a step forward. Just keep trying, as with any personal struggle there are good days and bad days you just need to focus on the good and remember that the bed ones will end. Always here to chat if you need.

All I can say is it's never too late. As long as your working on it, slowly but surely things will get better. I've never had Social Anxiety Disorder, but I did have my own demons haunting me after my two tours in Iraq. I tried the whole therapist thing, but what worked best for me was working out and training Jui Jitsu. It kept me busy and gave me something to focus on. Nothing is permanent. As long as your working on fixing it. I think your going to be ok.
