i'm drinking less, working out more and had oatmeal for breakfast
i don't know if it will make me feel better
put it may mean less work for my pall bearers

the recipe is as follows:
1 yellow onion, diced small
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced small
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package Yves "Soyrizo" vegan chorizo sausage
1 package vegan chicken strips (I use LightLife)
1(14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 cup vegetable stock
1 teaspoon Cajun blend seasoning (I think the one I used is by McCormick)
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
Frank's Red Hot to taste
2 1/2 cups brown rice, cooked
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet. Saute the onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat until soft.
Add the seasonings, and Soyrizo, Be sure to stir well so the soy doesnt stick.
Add the tomatoes, vegan chick strips, stock, and rice, stir well. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
Makes: 4-6 servings
Also, I would try adding some okra, and maybe some zucchini. You could also try using some sliced up Tofurky Italian Style Sausages... I think those would be good but I haven't tried it yet.
