Hey Hey everyone, you can all rest easy now I am back!
So It's been months since my last contact so there is a bit to say, kind of.
Anyway I have moved house again... I have just realised that this may take quite a while to write down so lets go with dot points hey, sound good? Excellent I knew you'd go for that.
. the Gym is going well, what I first started as a chance to hang out with my old roomie Alex 3 times a week has altered a little.
I decided that I am going to double my initial starting weight of 67kg, not a goal, a fact, it will happen.
I had reached 71kg a month ago but dropped 2kg with the stress of the move and not going for a week and a half, but back at it for the last two weeks and bam! 72kg.

I can run a kilometre in 3 min 22, deadlift over double my body weight, bench my own weight and calf raise triple my body weight 220kg for 7 reps.
the new house is not far from the old one, smaller than the old one but easier to clean, also we got rid of the butt pirate housemate but that parasite deserves a whole other blog to deal with.
I had to take my car off the road and get a new one, it's pathetic, I get overtaken by fucking pigeons now, and I can't hit them or anything, it's a fight that car can't win.
and now I'm rambling, the train has been derailed there is corn everywhere!
