The enthralling gentle purr of a precision engineered Audi engine is only surpassed by the roaring might as it launches me forward through the pouring night. The blissful bite of acceleration penetrates, the world melts away as hot leather seizes me, and for precious few seconds I feel free.
The coarse edge of reality has rent my nirvana, scant yards away two lacadaisical pedestrians have meandered across traffic. With a gentle tug of the wheel my second skin skirts to the left in one fluid motion and with no further ado slides back into my lane. The drips of sensation stir the ocean of my mind, spurring hypothetical tidal waves. How drastically different would the situation have been in a different cage of steel? Would I have been able to swerve to avoid this near miss? Or would I have even been traveling fast enough for it to have been event?
The tumultuous waves cascade, growing larger. Leading the pack affords one amazing flexibility. When one lacks peers one need never worry about stepping on their toes, you can't collide with others when you're leading them.
The near catastrophe makes me happy, as it has stirred my insatiable mind and benignly left my conscience clean.

I am writing regression tree software that works on collections of beans. I don't have a getClassification style interface like yours. Instead, I pass the name of the target property and get it through reflection. Soon I'll be able to experiment with different (pluggable) partitioning criteria.
I've read that the JCL is considering adding data mining tools (largely statistical classifiers and the afformentioned id4 type implementation).
The other thing I wanted to do was generate a set of boolean properties from collections, ie if a List contained {"Foo", "Bar", "Baz"} then it would generate properties of hasFoo hasBar and hasBaz which all == true and would allow you to make decisions based on the precense of elements in collections. =)
