Zdravo,

First i must say i am SORRY 'cuz i've been so inactive these past few weeks. But all the rain in the last weeks caused some problems on the roads and as our company allso does maintenence of county roads we had a lot of work. Landslides, fallen trees, floded roads...
After coming home i just didn't feel like doing anything except to sleep. And I've also been felling a little sick at first i feared it might be the flu, it wasnt, good for me...
So Friday was the last day of work this year, and today i finaly start my hollydaysand in the first time in the last two weeks it's not raining. Beautyfull winter sun, 6C... smile

I'm just resting today, i'll be home alone almost all day. Antonija has an exam later today, (Methodology of criminal investigations) the last one this year. She really studied hard for this so i hope she does well. She'll be home arround 6pm so i'll be making diner. We have both have so much work lately it will be wonderfull to have a romantic diner... I gues i better think of something smile Oh.. and when speaking of food, i gues i owe this to Agni:

Bannock with prosciutto

Igredients for dough
250g of flour
1 bag of baking powder
few salt
1 egg yolk
1/2 egg white
1 large spoon of water
1 large spoon of venegar (apple)
120g of baking margarine

Ingredients for stuffing
200g of prosciutti
1 hard boiled egg
1 egg white

Ingredients for coating
1 egg yolk
tea spoon of milk

Slowly mix the ingredients intto a smooth dough and alow it to rest wor 30 min.
Cut the prosciutti and boiled egg into smal pieces and mix it with whiped egg white.
wallow the dough aprox 1/2cm thick and cut out aprox 8cm wide circels with a model...
Place the stuffing in the center of the circle fold corners together and press together...
use the fork to shape the edges, than spread the coating on top.
Place them on the tray ond put it in the preheated oven and bake for oprox. 10-15 minutes on 180C.
Serve warm...

This recipe is for aprox. 15 bannocks,if you plan to have guest make more, i my experience people really tend to go for them... we used 1kg of prosciutto and i couted 83. But they were almost all gone half way through the night and there were only 9 of us with other food and all...
