Blah. I sometimes hate myself. I suffer from anxiety and most of the time it is manageable. This past weekend, it wasn't. It was the SG Canada East Gala and as I got off the bus and to the front door of the venue... it got me. I just couldn't go in... I felt horrible. I'm sad that I missed it due to my anxiety. Hopefully it doesn't get the best of me for the next event.

Do you ever use vagal maneuvers to help slow your breathing and heart rate down? I deal with alot of people with anxiety attacks, and most are able to get it under control with a few simple techniques.
