Holy Holidays batman!
They are almost over. I. like many, ate WAY too much.
But it is all good, saw family, spent the time with Kayla, and got some cool gifts.
Come the new year my plan, as always is start into my new diet. Normally January is a cleanse for me, I clean out the old system... then prep for the summer.
That has already started some, my lover/destroyer is doing the prep work already.
This is a prowler, it is the beast that will make or break me.
I do 16-20 80 foot runs with it after the gym with only 90 lbs on it, normally...
I also got myself some diet e-books from Shelby Starnes.

This is Paul V. a client of Shelby's, this is what 13 weeks did for him... I think following his books a bit may help me.
Beyond that life is good, thursday is my birthday and i'm playing it low key. Kayla is coming over and things have been going really well with her. She has been able to deal with my insecurities and problems that have been surfacing as I have started to deal with them in therapy.
Doesn't matter who you are, we all have issues inside, mine are from my childhood. I have to conquer my demons before I can fully be ready for a life time commitment to someone. Through this, Kayla (my ex-fiancee) has been by my side and it has been lots of fun dating her again.
I'll post some before shots before I start into the diet and some at the end of feb. That'll be the half way point. Also anyone wanting to see my training log, it is here.
