it's my mates birthday tomorrow and i bought him a cake and two candles in the shape of a 2 and a 7, which i'm sure you all know magically turns into 27 when placed strategically right next to each other.

only problem is it turns out he's turning 28. oh well.

i finally recieved my p45 today, it's only three months late. i'm still skint and starving but it's getting warmer which is nice. let's just hope it doesn't start raining. the finnish interpreter emailed me today and told me it was raining where she lives and that it was probably gonna start making it's way down to me soon. thanks for being so comforting and cheerful kirsi. lena tricked me in to eating a twix bar today, by tricking i mean offering and by eating i mean swallowing it whole. not really. i'm trying to be healthy so my lunch nowadays consists of low fat organic pro biotic (or whatever it's called) vanilla yougurth. it's pretty intense stuff. i feel like a girl when i eat it. lena offered me her leftovers today though which i happily accepted and marie asked me if getting excited over free food is a swedish thing. apparently her boyfriend's one of those people who can cue for two hours just to get a free sample of something that probably tastes like shit.

i'm having high hopes for the weekend which will most likely be crushed. what are your plans?

i'm off to eat a can of kidney beens for tea.
