Ughhh I've been having the worst insomnia, I try to go to bed and toss and turn for hours...and it's almost like I'm not tired but suddenly morning comes and I'm like shit! Then all day I'm dragging my feet and can't seem to get out of my own way! I was taking melatonin but that wasn't always doing the truck so I got some z Quil and that knocks me out within an hour...I tried to go to bed without it last night and tossed and turned until about 12:39 when I finally gave in and took the z Quil. Probably fell asleep some time after 1am then Carter woke up at 6am which is unusual...normally wakes up around 7-7:30, so now I'm sitting on the couch with a cup of coffee feeling like a zombie. I'm one of those people where 8 hours of sleep is not enough like I need 9+ some to feel recharged and happy. I feel worthless now....:((( I'm definitely going to take my z Quil around 9 pm tonight! Ugh I can't wait for today to be over so I can go to bed....

P.S. my ex (many lives ago) swore by warm to hot baths (like a 1/2 hour before bed)Β and chamomile tea. Good luck on this too cutie- Sleep is sooooooooooo important.
