I've been feeling pretty down and out lately about my physical appearance and struggling with some emotional issues as well as tho reoccurring physical pain in my lower right abdomen....I have been dealing with it for a few months now and I finally went to the doctor, I now have an appointment on Monday for an abdominal ultrasound to hopefully get an idea of what is going on and hopefully figure out what is causing the pain. I am terribly anxious and nervous, I've been having a bad feeling that something is wrong and that is why I have pushed it off for so long.
