Well, I sure had a lot of fun last night. You guys are great live. You play really well, and you look good too. The post-third-wave ska, or whatever you want to call it, is real feel-good music, and that comes across even more so in concert. The Double Door audience really liked it a lot. I think that place is a good venue for that type of music. It's pretty big, but you can get really close to the stage if you want to, and you can even make vague motions that are somewhat similar to dancing, I found.
Hey, I really like the album. Good job. The music is fun to listen to -- respectful of the genre, but playful too, or so it seems to me. Really nice recording values too, it sounds excellent.
I mostly listen to hippie rock music from the '70s, but I try to mix it up somewhat, so for me the ska thing is a good change of pace.
Well.... The weather is getting colder and I'll be spending less time outside, but the good news is: I will be spending much more time in the studio writing new ambient dud tracks!!
