i think i'm just dying.
ok so i was at the gym. i met with a trainer yesterday as part of the intro to the gym process and he said that since i'm pretty out of shape that i should start by doing a fast walk for 40 mins everyday, keeping my heart rate between 130 and 168. ok, nifty. so i go on the treadmill, figure out how to use it, and start walking at 3.8 mph. i was doing the cardio program so it adjusts the incline automatically to get my hr at the right place. nifty. i'm going along and it's all going great (i'm going back and forth between 3.4 and 3.8% incline) and all of the sudden my hr keeps dropping. in like 30 seconds it went from 159 to 84, which of course made the incline thing go way up. so then i'm walking up so much that i can hardly stay on the damn machine, i'm breathing super hard, starting to feel dizzy, and it's still insisting that my hr is below 90. i dunno. they said it's probably just the machine, but dammit, it didnt make me feel too good, so i just stopped. well, i did the "cool down" thing. which, of course, made my hr go back up to what it should've been. whatever.
i'm gonna go shower now cuz i'm sweaty and stinky.
and look at my yummy salad!
spinach, onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes,brocoli, tofu, pine nuts and fat free organic honey mustard dressing. fabulous

so do you do something to the tofu or just buy the chuncks and slice them up??? I assume tofu is good for you in some way? im not really sure about that stuff it tastes ok though. wow 40 min fast walk every day or 3 times a week or wow
