ok, here's what you do. you make some pasta with marinara sauce. stick it in the fridge (or just leave it on the stove if you're not worried about food poisoning!) and let it sit for at least one night. then get out your frying/saute-ing (sp?) pan and fry it up with a bit of olive oil and salt and tofue cheese.

My lunch was just toasted pita pockets stuffed with hummus, sliced tomato and cucumber that was sprinkled with black pepper along with some sliced up serrano peppers. Delicious.
Your pasta idea sounds like it'd make me pass out, though.
