okie dokie, i took some more pictures! yay! none of me though. just of my animals. specifically, my turtle and our dog bella, cuz she didnt have any pics up. poor lil thing. heehee. so here ya go.
this is my turtle. obviously. his name is tabasco. we found him washed up on the beach after a storm and rescued him. recently there was an article in a local newspaper about how if you find this kind of turtle on the beach you're supposed to rescue it, cuz it'll die otherwsie, and it's endangered (in washington and oregon, here in california it's a "species of concern"). we've grown quite attached to him now, which is good cuz he'll live for another 40 years.
another pic of him. usualyl his tank looks way better, but he's mostly hibernating now (hence the bedding). he woke up this morning though and was hungry and can only eat it water, so that's just a temporary thing. during the summer his tank is entirely filled with water and then has a little floating turtle dock that he can chill on if he feels like it. usually he hangs out in the water though and tries to catch the goldfish we feed him. he kinda sux though and can't always get them. silly turtle.
last but certainly not least, it's bella! our other rescue animal! my mom found her curled up underneath a newspaper stand in the middle of december. as you can see, she doenst have a lot of fur and was close to freezing to death. she had to stay at the vets for a few days. we were going to give her away, but we kinda fell in love with her, so now she's part of our family. and she's really fucking obnoxious. she's the only girl, and she's way smaller than the other dogs (only about 40 lbs instead of 80 like the other ones) so she's always starting fights. she has seriouce abandonment issues too and wont go in the front yard. we cant even take her for walks with the other dogs. poor girl.

That's a cool looking turtle! Bella is a pretty dog too. How are your salamanders doing?
