Hope you're having a good day!
Yesterday was a great day.... made tamales from scratch with my friends. It was like a tamale sweat shop, we each had our job, and the tequila made us the well oiled tamale making machine. I have no idea how many tamales we made, but we used 40 lbs of meat.
