"I wasn't a big fan of the particular tofu dish I ordered last time, though. It was silken tofu, but pan-fried up all crispy-like on the outside. So it felt firm when you first put it into your mouth, but they you bite down, and it bursts and sort of... oozes. And I could only think about when I worked in an acute care clinic, and we were removing a golf ball-sized cyst from the back of some guy's head, and as we were pulling it out, it bursted and oozed. *shudder* "

Should I take the day off from work on Thursday or should I just leave early?
