Got back from london yesterday fealing rather knakered , but still got in a few hours at the workshop then got home and watched some program about a wolf boy with Toby and Hazel they had been making a website for the gig she is putting on in derby http://www.zombierocknroll.co.uk
Caught the train down to london on Friday afternoon went round to Frans and we went out to the cinema in Peckham to see A History of Violence which wa sok I supose but was expecting a bit more.
Saturday daytime we went to see Jill and Matts new workshop/ living spac ein Hackney wick. It's in a old warehouse thats been converted into artist studios. It was quite nice think it should be alright once they've unpacked tho I'd want to live somewhere with more windows! I couldnt afford one anyway
Took us fucking ages to get acroos london to hacney and back to due to lines being down a bomb scare and being told the wrong trains to get so we were both a bit stressed by the time we got back to Frans and I didnt think we were going to make it out saturday night , but after some pizza and wine we managed to get ready and met Althea and Dan at Slimelight. They wouldnt let us in at first for not being memebers, in all the years I've been going there that was the first tiem they've ever checked, and yes I should have got my membership card before but I always forget or dont have the money left by three in the morning when you are supoed to get them, anywya one of the djs signed us in so that was ok. Slimes wasnt very busy and there was some odd new decor including a fake kitchen in one corner not sure what that was about but still we had a fun night and Fran danced a bit more than usual! Got the night bus back at five.
There is a strange corner shop at the end of Frans road that is never open during the hours of daylight but is open when we are coming back from a club at strange hours of the night time maybe its run by vampires or maybe they just dont like people!
Anyone who wants to be in the music video for my Friends band Conspiracy can email claire at thedemonatrix@hotmail.com they are doing a vid for thier song electric Bitch and filming it this sunday at The Attik in leicstershould be a laugth tho I'm not sure yet what they want us to do!
