Just about recovered enough now for a Dark City update!
Set off for Edinburgh on Friday morning. Took us six hours to get there , oh well at least my B&b was nice! had a quick take away then got ready and headed out to the venue .
Didnt know anyone there at first but then bumped into a couple of people who knew me from the stall and found some Notts people!
Didnt have to work on Friday night so actually got to see the bands. Trauma Pet were on first and they played well nice and mellow! Glis were a bit dull but they had a bad sound. Panzer AG were very good they even had Rozz from Goteki on guitar,didn't know he could play real instruments! there was also a lot of banging on oil drums which looked good , shame the fire alarm went off half way through thier set and we all had to wait outside for forty minutes, a fire engine even turned up! but it was just a false alarm.
After the band we headed down to the celler bar for the Kyrogenix dj sets wheich were good but I was to tired to stay till the end. Dont think I've ever seen berrega as wasted as he got on friday and Saturday night!
Had a quick look round Edinburgh on Saturday before I had to go to the Venue to set up my stall.
Didn't get to see any of the bands on saturday because of working. The stall are was very quiet again this year , with people not really bothering to come into it. Still sold a few things and made a profit just not much of one and spent most of the tiem sitting on a sofa drinking.
You could tell how bored me and heresyemma got on Sunday when we were showing Dom a pic of Mana that was in my mag , and gonig to you fancy her ? Ha! it's a boy you're a gay! very childish!
Got to watch some of Insekt on Sunday who were very good and I we packed up before Combichrist came on . They put on a good show as usual and my feet hurt from dancing!
Ended up down stairs again drinking and dancing untill the night had finished.
Drove back on monday and was very tired after the weekend. Was back in the workshop today but didnt do much . Going to see Tiger Army on thursday Yay! and Dragster are suporting them which is cool! and we'll actually be in Nottingham for once this weekend

That was rather annoying. Had I still lived in Edinburgh, I would have been 1.5 minutes from the venue
