Truly excellent homemade nachos require the following, in addition to the chips n' salsa:

Frank's Red Hot "Chile n' Lime" sauce
Sargento shredded "Nachos and Tacos" cheese
Club House Tex-Mex seasoning

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I also prefer to go a grade lighter than you would on the salsa (ie mild instead of medium if that's your bag) and letting the extra spices do the work. Just me though - your mileage may vary.

In other news, nachos for breakfast!
