Okay! I applied (successfully, it would seem!) to NHS. Wish me luck!!! Flux, I'm not above bribery. And dogslife, I'm all giddy that you mentioned me to the inner circle. It almost makes up for you not even commenting on the blatant "here's a subtle reference just for you" bit in my journal yesterday. Seriously. Where's the love?
Et tu, Cannus?
I bought new Docs yesterday and they feel like punishment. Anybody have any tips on breaking them in without tearing my feet apart in the process?
We drove off on a successful hunt for those half(ish)-sized 237ml cans of Pepsi. Why do we love them so? Because of the tagline: "How about a little Pepsi?"
The trip got the odometer up over 100 kilometres. (That's Canadian for "mile".
) Whee!!!
I can't figure out how to get the CD player to repeat an entire album and not just one song. Let's reflect on this. I'm a professional sound engineer, and I'm stumped by my car stereo.
If this trend continues, I may have to open the manual.
That's pretty much it right now. You guys rock like a moose.

I hate those damn half cans! It takes more than 12 ounces to quench my thirst; how am I supposed to deal with a mere 6?!?
Ah, and i see you are a sound engineer. I almost chose that as my major, but I realized that I couldn't handle the school of music. At my school, the school of music is one of the most, if not the most, intense and time consuming schools. People in that school have no lifeoutside music for four years.
And if I had done that, how could I possibly skip class to go drinking?
