Still feeling under the weather. It was a struggle to get to the gym. I had to force myself the whole time.

Yesterday I spent mostly sleeping. It was probably the best thing for me. I did finally go see True Grit. The stilted dialogue was a bit disconcerting, but in all I thought it an accurate western portrayel. The weapons were historically accurate and so were the costumes with the more extreme exceptions such as bear head dentist and Matt Damon's.

Today is dedicated to cleaning. Maybe give myself a fresh start for the year .
