I spent Christmas Day with a good friend and his family. It's tough being single on the holidays. Why do breakups always seem to happen to me just before the holidays? Are they saving themselves the cost of a present?

Today it's supposed to start snowing and continue into tomorrow. Being from Florida I still love to see the snow. However, I still don't have a snow shovel. I'll need to get one this morning before they sell out. LOL

I think I'll try to hit the movies too. I want to see True Grit. Thanks for the review Akuja.

Anyhow, it's my last day off before being back to work. I can't believe how much better I feel after taking a whole week off. Now it's the start over. I have to get back on track with diet and exercise for my diabetes, I've shaved my goutee off (we'll see for how long, I have such a baby face without it), and I'm thinking a tattoo or at least another piercing to ring in the new year.
