I have a strong feeling I'll be single by Saturday night. It's been coming. I can't say that I'll be heartbroken, but it is depressing. Thinking back, I think about 75% of the relationships I've been in have ended just before the holidays.
My reasons is that she has been backing off a little bit at a time for the past month and we haven't really spoken this week (when we usually talk by phone every night). Last night we were supposed to talk, but she made and excuse and suggested we do lunch on Saturday. Today I suggested we have lunch at the Hard Rock in Philly because she's never been there and she mentioned it when we went to the Hard Rock in Nashville. She sent back that she wants to talk and that the atmosphere at the Hard Rock wouldn't really be conducive to do that.
