First day back in the gym... haven't in awhile... tryna get back into TWOaDAYz... 4 hours in the morn 4 in the afternon or night... i make sure to eat a snack (protein shack or bar must of the time) in between; meaning 2 hours in to my routin...
BLEH! ME NO WANT BE CHUBBY! WUBBY ANY MORE!...
God why is dieting so annoying/hard!?... BLeH!

so anyways... this is pretty much wah i have planned for the next few weeks...
gym 5 days a week... 2 times a day... 8 hours a day... split 4 hours half morn half afternoon...
in both 4 hour slots at least 1 hour of straight cardio...
first part of day starts at 6am... second half is up in the air... just depends on how I feel... and if i feel like doing 2aDays that day or not... don't wanna hurt myself...
to much?...
i make sure to only do wah i can handle tho i do push limits...
i drink a gallon of water a day... if i do 2aDays i try 2 gallons...
i try to eat decent portions 6 times a day... pretty much every 2 hours...
i try to eat healthy as much as possible but its a hard...
i'm jus tryn to change my self... and grow...
in experince as a person...
i have multiple reason why i wanna become fitter and healther...
but know are more important then just doing it for myself and doing it for my mom...
those are the only to people in the world ryt now that mean anything to me...
the only to people that affect my life...
