YAY! I won the prize for having the most people on my guest list. It was so close that they ended up giving out a second and third prize to the other two people that stepped up to the challenge. The customer that brought the most people was on someone else's list, but I still managed to rock out with a killer guest list. My boss gave me the heads up that we will be having another contest....but he won't tell me when. I'll be ready, I can guarantee that. I put over 15 hours into my guest list for last week, and I'm prepared to work even harder to win.
Despite the weather, work was busy all week. Thank the gods, because I was there every night we were open, and a slow night will drive me insane. Did a lot of dancing on the bar, so my thighs are a bit sore.
On a non-work related note: I have finally joined the ranks of the living. My roommate and I have been hitting the tanning bed a few times a week. Although I look good with pale skin, the light bronze glow that is developing is pretty damn sexy. One of these days I'll get some new pictures of me up. The one to the left is like 3 haircuts ago....
