Ok, a couple beers down...time to update.
First off...went for a meeting about a job last week. With my resume in front of him, boss asks "what position are you applying for?"
I respond, "well, as you can see on my resume, I'm an electrician...seeing as how you are an electrical contractor, I was kinda hoping for, ya know, an electrician position"
He responds with "damn...after reading your resume, I was kinda hoping you would say you were looking for a superintendant position"
"Well shit", says I, "if you got one open, I'll take that"
So...in theory, I'll be taking that job in a month or so. However, I never bank on a job until I'm there and getting paychecks for it.
Other than that, it's chaos and insanity as usual.
Thank god for beer, it's what keeps me "normal"
