Hello out there!

I am back from sunny sunny Florida. What a wonderful way to escape the cold cold north. Emily and I had an incredible time and although we were only there for 5 days, we got a lot accomplished and saw everyone we wanted to see.

Back to the cold damp north. Oh well I still love it.

ahh... another gray day here. at least it hasn't been as cold as it was last week. we have been almost hitting mid 50s during the day.

playing with the band tonight. should be good.

I should put a disclaimer! My old friends aren't to be forgotten, you included, sugarbooger! Well, not all of my old friends, anyway. Heh.

I polished and re-strung my bass last night. I still have to re-string my guitar, but I polished that baby up. Poor thing got some damage during one of my flights...some of the damage can't be fixed. My poor baby! So this weekend I hope to get some musical stuff done. I hope your playing tonight rocks!

And the Christmas shopping is full speed ahead. Because I live in the tiny town of South Salem and I don't really have the money to go down to the city that often, all my shopping is being done online and early. I want to have it all done before December even starts. That way, no mad rushes, no holiday stress. Easy breezy beautiful.

man oh man.

i can't stop lusting over a new guitar and a new amp. i am playing in a 4 piece band (2 guitars, bass, drums) and i really want to upgrade my sound. i am so bad. i always want things. will i ever be satisfied? i just don't know. why am i writing this? i haven't but a clue. hope, i guess....

what guitar and amp are you looking at? a while ago when i was a bit more into playing bass i was almost droped 1500 on a mesaboogie cab and head... that would have been so nice but my nieghbors would have hated me forever biggrin

damn. it is cold here. has barely gotten above 35 the past couple days. this is early cold this year. hopefully this isn't it. we must have a little warmth left.

Spiced cider actually sounds pretty good. And I'll probably change my mind, but visiting old houses sounds better than disneyworld at the moment anyway.

There are crows (or really heavy pigeons, bean thinks?) hopping all over our loft rooftop and it sounds like tiny kids running about. It sounds really funny!
