I am taking mixed martial arts. So, there is a little Jiu-jitsu, a little jeet kun do, a little kick boxing. It's all designed for real street fights. There is some weapon disarming. It's great. Hlaf of class is kicks and punches. The other half is grappline and ground work. I love it, and it's a good workout.
