This set holds an especially precious place in my heart. The best way to explain the experience that I had while shooting this set with Two felt like shooting with friends I had known for years. There was such an instant friendship made that came in to my life when I needed it most.
The organic connection between the three of us made everything about the experience, and the finished project especially special to me. And this is one of my favorite things about being a suicide girl- so many of the people I’ve worked with have become true, close friends that I wouldn’t want to imagine my life without. A year later, Im grateful to have two friends that I love dearly. Friends I can confide in, have laughs with- friends that have been here for me during good and bad times.
Looking through this set is such an amazing reminder of how that friendship came to be. I love being able to relive such a special moment in my life that connected me with two people I cherish. Being able to see the joy in my face, the genuine laughs and smiles captured in this set really reminded me how amazing this community is and how lucky I am to be a part of it.
Please go show this set the amount of love that was put in to its creation. Shout out to Two for being such incredible photographers and equally amazing friends.
