SuicideGirls fell into my lap at such an interesting time in my life, and in so many ways I have this community to thank for all the positive changes and growing up I’ve done since I turned pink. Seeing myself through someone else’s eyes/camera has been incredibly instrumental in my struggles with body image issues. It sparked a light and a joy in me that led me here, to a much happier place.
I can’t express how grateful I am to be a part of this community and built the relationships I have. SuicideGirls is without a doubt the most positive, empowering platforms I’ve ever been a part of and I’ve been blessed enough to meet some of the most incredible people through the community.
Seeing myself through someone else’s eyes helped build my confidence in a way I never could have imagined it would, and sparked a creative side I had buried in me long ago.
