Well, not that anyone really reads these things here... but figured I would post something new... maybe Ill start being a little more active?
Anyhow... off to look at possibly getting a place to call my OWN in just a little while here. Hopefully it's affordable enough for me to close. Can't stand living underneath the assholes above me for much longer. Besides that, I'd rather be putting money into an investment of my own instead of giving it all to someone and not having anything to show for it.
So, wish me luck that some miraculous event unfolds and financing and such makes this place super affordable!

Well, i drove by the area, and didnt even stop. The community itself was nice. Cool little townhomes... but was not very pleased with the surrounding area at all. So much for that one. Oh well. *sigh* Guess I will just keep looking and hopefully find a great place for cheap in this shitty housing market. Maybe I will get lucky and find a real gem!
