I understand that you are probably a professional and if not I am sure you have built up enough seniority to get severance. I am hoping that you do better for them than they did for you, because otherwise your employer can be very good at making your severance late and your unemployment claim difficult.
I got laid off too and I know hot it feels. I wish you the best of luck and that you find something else soon.
