It has been some time since I made a blog so I figured I would do a little check-in.

I have been spending my time recently looking into things that will challenge me to be more conscious and live a more mindful lifestyle. Instead of waking up and looking at my phone, I meditate instead (little daily changes). Overall I notice a huge difference in the little things in the day like not getting as anxious or not feeling like my mind is so scrambled.
If you have been looking into practicing being more mindful I highly encourage you to do so in anyway you feel works best for you!

Here are somethings that have worked for me so far:
•Meditating
•Yoga
•Slowing Down
•Reading more
•Not using electronics 1 hour after waking up
•Go for a walk
