Hello Gamers, Streamers and more of SG!
Here we are with yet another Twitch blog, we hope you liked our last one with @midnightpoison!
This week we have the awesome @phianixx talking to us about streaming, cosplays and Dungeons and Dragons. Aren't we lucky?
What were the games that got you hooked on gaming?
The first console I got was the NES which I shared with my two sisters and my mum! We seemed to love Super Mario 3 the most but would play 1,2 and 3 constantly - I knew video games were life from then on! It spiralled from there in terms of games that I became obsessed with - Goldeneye, Spyro, Theme Hospital, Fallout, Spider-Man... the list is endless!
Have you got a specific genre of games you enjoy playing?
I like variety, so I try literally everything! I tend to be most entertaining when I play horror games as I get really scared and scream a lot! One of my favourites was Spider-Man so action adventure is up there too, I don't mind puzzles, platformers, FPS... I'd say survival is least enjoyable as I tend to die a lot in those kind of games!
You have cosplayed and body painted as some characters. Who have been your favourite to do?
How long have you been streaming on twitch?
Coming up to 2 years now - I've also just hit a milestone of 100 daily streams and am continuing the streak for as long as I can! Currently aiming for a year, but we'll see how it goes...
Can you tell us more about your co-host Paul?
Paul is my female cat and features on every twitch stream! She sometimes does a bit of ASMR purring and is a huge hit with the viewers, Dreamies are her favourite treat.
Do you stream anywhere else other than your personal twitch?
Can you tell us more about Roll Like A Girl?
Roll like a girl is an all-Suicide-Girl D&D group run by @penny as Dungeon Master. We have just started a modded first edition campaign (Lamentations of the Flame Princess) and will be going on adventures every Wednesday at 5.30pm PST (Thursdays, 1.30am GMT) over at twitch.tv/Roll_like_a_girl
What are your streaming goals for this year?
Have you got any game releases that you are specifically looking forward to playing?
The new Mass Effect remaster (Legendary edition) is out in May and I've still not played the game, but heard great things about it over the years! I think this new release will give me a push to play and finally explore it for myself, as I've wanted to for quite some time now!
