I sound rather philosophical, and I am. I can't believe how much I've learned and felt and experienced since meeting Alice.

It's important in life to take the good with the bad, the rough with the smooth, the Feta with the Village Green...

I'm feeling nearer to normal, whatever that is (I think I'm in a low geostationary orbit for now) and trying not to think too much about what's going to happen tomorrow, or next week, or next month. There are things I have to commit to, things I must endeavour to work on to improve, and things to think about during the quiet times and remember, learn from and meditate on.
