So this week I started physical therapy. The first day was kinda pointless. She just poked at my back for a few min then said she wanted to see me three times a week. Yesterday was my second appointment but my actual fist session. She worked with my shoulders and gave me exorcises to do at home. So far the pain seems to have calmed down. Which is good. So now I'm basically working the mussels that are going to fix my posture and loosen them so they aren't crushing me from the inside. She thinks this should be fix in like 6 weeks. If not then I go back to my Dr and see what the next step is.

I'm not sure exactly what it is you have but I have scoliosis. It doesn't usually cause much pain or discomfort but I can definitely feel my back and shoulder are twisted. Sounds like you've got the worse deal, hope it's fixable. I don't think mine is 😕

*snickers @ "but my actual fist session"*Â I wish they'd pay for more than 12 lifetime sessions for me. Even then they only pay part of it. :-/Â Overall, movement does tend to help out the muscles, but I prefer water working to dealing with gravity while I stretch n stuff.
