well i had 1st appointment with CPN (community psychiatric nurse) today. i was bricking it as i work in the field i thought id see some of my patients in the waiting room...just imagine it! anyhoo i didnt and he was nice and i had no need to panic all week about it. he seemed to get what i was going through and didnt make me feel like i was either making it up or over exagerating, which was nice. so yeah, i could be on my way up...*scared*

i just baked some chocolate fudge cofee brownies for my fella mmm! i like having days of work...i so need to win the lotto, i can lead a life of luxury!

wondering if i may suffer a bit with SAD cos when its sunny and bright like today i feel much better, with the music loud and sun roof open...

bought stereophonics new cd today...heard they'd gone back to their roots...about time! LOVING the new song! also marianne faithfull's new album is excellent...not doing much to beat the depression, but good none the less!

may have a wank then cook tea for my fella.
